LOS ANGELES—PornCrush editor/owner Austin King on Friday announced plans for a recurring series that will showcase the industry’s top rising talent.

“Crush of the Month,” which debuts on New Year’s Day, will include a high-end video tease and photoset with the recipient along with an in-depth profile penned by King, an award-winning journalist who specializes in feature writing.

“The goal is to identify and elevate hard-working performers who are creating a buzz and establishing momentum,” King said. “One month it could be first-or second-year talent, the next it could a veteran model experiencing a sudden surge—or even a once-retired performer in the midst of a strong comeback.”

King added that he will focus on performers who have yet to receive significant media attention, particularly when it comes to deep-dive profiles.

“We want to be the first site to tell someone’s story—or at least the first to tell it well,” King said.

Funded by PornCrush, King said the SFW video and photo segments will be lensed by a rotating list of the industry’s top photographers, who will also agree to shoot additional NSFW content for the performers to use on their content platforms.
